“I had just had a baby four months prior (to finding my dress) so this was a little bit of an anxious moment for me. I didn’t think I would find anything, I felt that I had not lost enough baby weight to be able to fit in any gown and look beautiful. I had to slowly remind myself that curves are beautiful and my future husband loved me no matter how I looked. It was actually love at first sight, literally. This dress was the very first one I tried on and I absolutely fell in love with it. I had four other options, which I also tried on but this one was the one that felt just right. We tried on different veils to get “the look” and nothing seems right…until they brought out the long cathedral veil and that was it.
