I started looking at wedding dresses online as soon as I got engaged so that I could get a good idea of what I was looking for.  I knew I wanted something with lace sleeves, and a simple/sleek look.  I came across Grace by Eddy K and it was everything I imagined and more.  After finding out that the closest retailer selling it was about 80 miles away, I decided to try some local dress stores in my home town before making the trip to Rochester.  The dresses I tried on locally were beautiful, but something kept telling me I needed to try Grace on before making a decision.  My mom and I drove to Bella You bridal shop in Rochester, NY.  I tried on a few other dresses first, hoping that I was saving the best (Grace) for last.  Before I even finished buttoning up the back of the dress, I told my mom "this is the one".  The ladies at Bella You helped me every step of the way in ordering the correct size and offering accessory advice, as well as referring me to the sweet lady who did my dress alterations.  Grace by Eddy K is one of the most beautiful dresses I've ever seen and I'm so glad I was able to wear it on my special day! - Erin

Erin knew from the moment she got engaged exactly what she wanted — lace sleeves, simple, sleek, and elegant. She found it in the GRACE gown from Eddy K's Italia collection, and drove 80 miles to Bella You Bridal in Rochester, NY to try it on because nothing local came close. She didn't even finish buttoning the back before she told her mom: "this is the one." Erin wore the GRACE lace sleeve wedding gown for her ceremony at Niagara University Chapel and celebrated an Emerald Green & Ivory reception at Brickyard Brewing Company.

Erin's story about finding "the one" in the Grace dress is such a great example of trusting your instincts, even when it means driving 80 miles. It’s interesting to think about how a global brand like Eddy K manages to connect brides with the right dress at the right store, no matter where they are. Handling all that product data, inventory across different retailers, and helping brides find exactly what they're looking for requires a pretty robust backend. It reminds me of how companies build scalable systems to manage complex data and personalization, like the iGaming platform detailed at https://aws.amazon.com/solutions/case-studies/soft2bet/. Obviously, finding a wedding dress is a world away from online gaming, but the principle of using data to create…
