Favourite Dress Feature: I loved the shape, colour, and dramatic train. It had a vintage inspired look and the crystals made it feel special.

“My first wedding dress shopping experience was with my parents. We went together for a fun day to narrow down what type of style of dress I wanted to wear on my special day. I went to a local shop that had an amazing reputation for designer gowns -Petrov Bridal. They let me take the lead on picking out dresses and when I tried on my first blush dress I knew that was the colour I was interested in. I was looking for a vintage style dress with lace. When I tried on my gown It was the first one that made me feel sexy but classy and the sparkle gave it a little something extra. I clearly remember standing in front of the mirror thinking, “this could be the one.” I booked another appointment for later in the month to try it on alone with a consultant to see if I had the same feeling. I did! I didn’t want to purchase a dress without my mom, grandma, and future mother-in-law present and a few weeks later they came down for a girls weekend. I wanted to save this dress until the end of the appointment to wow them but I couldn’t wait to put it back on. When I came out of the dressing room everyone knew this was my dress. I had a huge smile and I didn’t want to take it off. It embodied everything I wanted to feel on my wedding day and fit our elegant vintage charm theme and venue perfectly. I’m still in love with my dress, thank you!”
