“When I came out in the EK1021, everyone gasped. I looked in the mirror and felt suddenly like a bride. The dress fit perfectly (we actually ended up ordering the same size as the sample) which made it that much more magical. We added a veil and I knew that it was my favorite of all the dresses I tried on. The fit-n-flare style, high neckline, and illusion back were all so unique which was exactly what I was looking for. We didn’t make a final decision then, but went to my second appointment so I would know for sure. It was the day before Thanksgiving so we rushed back to Elizabella’s to try and catch them before they closed for the holiday. When we arrived, the lights were off and everyone was gone. Fortunately, Elizabeth – the owner – was still working down the street at her alterations shop. We went in, told her the story, and she followed us back down the road to the boutique. I tried the dress on, our wonderful consultant Whitney drove all the way back, and the two of them made my “yes to the dress” moment so special. As I floated around the shop in this perfect dress with a veil and heels on, I felt like a true bride.
