“I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted when I started looking for dress styles –something modern, sexy and skimming but still with lace and vintage, feminine vibes. From looking at inspiration online I very quickly found Eddy K and knew that was the designer I would be getting my dress from –I think my fiancé could have picked any dress from any collection of Eddy K and I would have been happy. I located a bridal shop that was having a preview weekend of the following year’s collection and booked my first bridal shop appointment. When I arrived they had a selection put aside for me and the bridal shop owner actually chose EK1215 as something suitable. My best friend cried when she saw the dress on me so I guess that’s a pretty good indication that it’s ‘the one’! It fit like a glove and ticked every box of what I wanted from a dress. It’s a pretty and feminine style with plenty of lace and a real wow factor in the train and side details. There is a hint of sparkle which looks like morning frost in the winter and was ideal for our Christmas wedding.” -Rachel
